STROHkolade

STROHkolade

For two glasses:

  • 100 ml cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • 1 cl STROH
  • 4 tablespoons of cacao
  • 400 ml milk
  • 40 g chocolate – preferably dark chocolate
  • 4cl STROH

How to do it:

Whip the cream together with 1 tablespoon and one teaspoon of the vanilla sugar and add the STROH before the cream starts to thicken and then finish whisking. Then carefully heat half of the milk with the sugar and the vanilla sugar in a pot and finally add the cacao – stir. Add the rest of the milk and heat while stirring – do not boil it.

Take the pot away from the heat and fill into the two glasses, garnish with the STROH Cream and some cacao powder on top.

STROHpresso

For two glasses

  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 ml cream
  • 150 g sugar
  • 5 cl STROH
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 6 teaspoons coffee-powder (instant coffee)

How to do it:

Carefully heat the milk together with the cream so that the sugar and vanilla sugar can dissolve. Then take the pot away from the heat and add the instant coffee. Stir and finally add the STROH. Garnish with chocolate flakes.

STROHlunder (Hot Drink)

For two glasses

  • 400 ml Apple and elder juice
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of grated seed of coriander
  • 2 pinches of cardamom
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon (powder)
  • 4 cl STROH

How to do it:

Carefully heat the apple-elder juice and slowly add the coriander, cardamom and the cinnamon – do not boil it! Let the punsch rest for about 10 minutes and then add the STROH. Garnish with a slice of apple.

AppleSTROHdel (hot beverage)

For two glasses

  • 0,4 l Apple juice
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 6 cl STROH

How to do it:

Carefully heat the apple juice together with the cinnamon and the brown sugar in a pot so that the sugar can dissolve, do not boil it! Let it cool down for a moment and add the STROH. Garnish with a slice of an apple.
