For two glasses:

  • 100 ml cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • 1 cl STROH
  • 4 tablespoons of cacao
  • 400 ml milk
  • 40 g chocolate – preferably dark chocolate
  • 4cl STROH

How to do it:

Whip the cream together with 1 tablespoon and one teaspoon of the vanilla sugar and add the STROH before the cream starts to thicken and then finish whisking. Then carefully heat half of the milk with the sugar and the vanilla sugar in a pot and finally add the cacao – stir. Add the rest of the milk and heat while stirring – do not boil it.

Take the pot away from the heat and fill into the two glasses, garnish with the STROH Cream and some cacao powder on top.
